not so short a poem about food and nutrition

Now I know why I been sick and tired most my life.

And suffered depression, due to lack of nutrition.

My son signed up for Netflix online movies; I am learning about healthy food watching documentaries.

And you'd think they'd be boring
but they're actually very interesting.

So  far the documentaries I've watched are: Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead, FoodMatters, The Gerson Miracle, Forks over Knives, Vegucated, Farmageddon, Food Fight and now I'm watching Fed Up.

The Walton's are rich!

I was inspired to write these poems upon watching the wonderful TV show "The Walton's".

They don't have much money; they got good friends and a loving family.
